Andrea’s formal background includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from the Emily Carr College of Art and Design/Open University (1991) and diplomas in Pattern drafting, Construction Techniques and Fashion Design from the Fashion Arts Certificate Program at VCC (1995). Her natural deviance combined with a love and hatred of fashion to create an outlet for ideas born from 1950’s fetish magazines, case histories, and thrift store curiosities. |
